Is shipping included?
Shipping is not included in your purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping is calculated on checkout where you can choose from several options.
Express Shipping v’s Standard Shipping?
There are several shipping options available on check out with the most common two being Standard and Express. The shipping time for these two options are determined by Australia Post and the courier company. The shipping option/time begins once the order has been picked up.
Do you ship internationally?
At present we do not ship internationally. However, it is a service we hope to provide in the future. When we do start shipping internationally prices will be calculated automatically upon checkout. Please email: kay@kreativemisskay.au if you have any other questions.
How long will my item/s take to arrive?
Items that are in-stock will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items that are custom orders will take 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the item. Please note it may take longer for an item to fully cure in winter. Summer weather may speed up this process. We will keep you updated on progress, and you will automatically be updated once an item has been picked up for shipping. Please be mindful of covid and natural disaster related impacts.
Do you offer pick up?
Orders can be picked up from our market stall at Carseldine markets but must be pre-arranged. Once your order is ready you will receive an email with instructions and times for pick up.
Can I track my order?
We provide tracking details for all orders. You should receive an email from the postal service and an email from us. Both will have tracking details listed.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
We do our absolute best to ensure your items are packaged and shipped safely. However, once they are signed over to the postal service it is out of our control. If you are unfortunate enough to have a lost or damaged order, we recommend you contact the postal service or courier immediately. We suggest you take photos of the packaging and items as well as detail times and dates. Please send us an email to keep us informed so we can assist if needed.
How long does shipping take?

All other shipping time frames are suggested on check out however please be mindful of covid and natural disaster related impacts. When we start offering international shipping these timeframes will be calculated automatically on check out.
