1. Change of Mind

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our candles, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each piece is created individually and may feature slight variations that reflect its artisanal character.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Email us at [insert email] with the following:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

3. Custom Orders

All custom and personalised orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty. We encourage you to review all customisation details carefully before placing your order.

4. Returns Process

If a return has been approved by our team:

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item was deemed faulty

• We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the advised processing time:

• Check your bank account again

• Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
