1. Processing Times
All of our products are handmade to order, which means we take time to ensure each piece meets our high standards of quality.
Standard Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Custom Orders: As these require curing and additional care, please allow up to 14 business days for production prior to shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location or during busy periods such as holidays.
Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Packaging
All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Where possible, we use eco-friendly and recyclable materials in our packaging.
