3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept secure payments via Afterpay, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other methods as listed at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship Australia-wide. Please allow up to 14 business days for custom or made-to-order products, as curing time may vary. Shipping times are estimated and may be impacted by external factors beyond our control.
Shipping rates and options are displayed during checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
